Plans and particulars involved in this chapter include provision for the demolition of rear of the "Mary Brennans" building (72m2), the retention of facade and construction of multi-use public building.
The development as proposed will represent a high quality addition to the streetscape and allow the relocation of the Tourist Information Office to a more suitable town centre location.

Will disabled parking be provided outside? As the alternative nearest parking will be on the square or in the SuperValu carpark. Both of these are a distance away for people with mobility issues...
Maximising Accessibility
