Sligo County Council is inviting members of the public to share their views on the trial one‑way traffic system currently in place in Collooney village. The trial arrangement, which operates from the junction of L‑3607/L‑3610‑0 (Main Street) to the junction of L‑3607‑0/R290 (Lower Main Street), aims to improve traffic flow, road safety, and the overall experience for residents, businesses, and visitors.
Your feedback is essential in helping the Council assess the effectiveness of the trial and in informing any future decisions regarding traffic management in the village. We encourage all road users, local residents, business owners, and anyone who regularly travels through Collooney to take a few minutes to complete the survey. The survey is open from 27 March to 27 April 2026.
