PROPOSED TRIAL ONE-WAY SYSTEM - COLLOONEY

It is proposed to introduce a Trial One-Way System in Collooney Village, from September 2024. Starting at the junction of Main Street (L3607-0) and Barrack Street (L-3610-0) and terminating at the junction of Lower Main Street (L-3607-0) and R290.

The proposed One-Way System will complement the existing One-Way System which is in operation along a section of Main Street (L-3609) under recent Active Travel Works.

Plans and particulars of the Scheme are shown on the attached Drawings. These drawing are also available to view on Sligo County Council’s website: https://consult.sligococo.ie/

Representations in relation to the proposed Trial One-Way System may be made in writing to the Road Design office, through the following two options only:

•      Online via the Council’s Online Consultation Portal https://consult.sligococo.ie/

•      By Post addressed to The Sligo Regional Design Office, Sligo County Council, Unit 1,   

      The Embankment, Castle Street,  Sligo, F91 E4XY

A public consultation will be held in;

Teeling Centre Complex, Rathrippon, 

Collooney, Co Sligo (Eircode F91 P68C),

on Thursday 29th of August 2024 from 5:30 pm to 8:00pm.

 

Submissions via post and on the Portal must be received no later than

5.00 pm on Friday 6th September 2024.
